Code of Ethical Management
- This Code of Ethical Management is a standard of conduct that all executives and employees of Yuil ENG must comply with in order to cultivate a clean and sound business culture and ensure the ethical management of the company.
- Executives and employees shall not provide or receive money, entertainment, or convenience to/from stakeholders in connection with the company's business.
- Executives and employees shall not abuse their authority to gain unfair profits or engage in conciliation or solicitation that may hinder the fair performance of other executives and employees.
- Executives and employees shall not engage in bid-rigging.
- Executives and employees shall not use corporate assets for personal purposes and shall not hinder employee interrelationships.
- All executives and employees shall faithfully comply with this Code of Conduct, and will be held responsible in the event of a violation.
- If executives and employees are coerced into or made aware of a violation of this Code of Conduct, they shall report it to the Anti-corruption Bureau under the Anti-Corruption Committee, and the Committee and the Bureau shall ensure that the whistleblower's information is kept confidential.
- In the event of a violation of this Code of Conduct, executives and employees shall prevent recurrences through a thorough investigation of the causes and additional training.
